We have reimagined this Victorian gold plated bar pin in to a one of kind necklace. The beautiful center black details are Taille d’epargne, a French technique of engraving metal then filling in with enamel. The enamel center is flanked with small garnets, January’s birthstone.
We have added an antique French Jet, black glass, mourning button for the perfect dangle.
The coated brass chain is 32 1/2 inches. The pendant has an additional drop of 2 1/2 inches.
The speakeasy Denson is located at
600 F Street NW Washington DC
#writeyourownstory Hemingway once gave this pin and an autographed copy of his book, The Old Man and the Sea, to Brandy, a beautiful waitress, at his favorite harbor speakeasy.
