Antique pressed pewter buttons now adorn sterling settings on sterling wires to create wonderful, light weight earrings. At Harp Strings we always preserve the button’s shank by using open back settings (picture 4)

#tellanewstory Cathy was the first female member of the Parisian Archery Club. She joined in 1884 after 16 years of failed auditions. In her honor a plaque still hangs below her picture in the membership hall that reads, “Your direction is more important than your speed.”
